The beginnings of something.....yummy!

I have always envisioned opening a cafe with a baked goods case full of yummy treats! Well, it may not be an established business front yet, but I have just opened my bakery as an extension of Rachel's Nic-Nac Corner!!

I am super excited about it as I know baked goods are definitely a treat, but so enjoyed around the holidays and special events. I am also looking forward to making breads and other recipes that include seasonal fruits and vegetables!

My first recipe launched in July of this year -- Lemon Zucchini Bread!!

This recipe is a succulent one, with a moist consistency and a lemony POP when you taste it!! Zucchini is one of my all time favorite vegetables and so to incorporate it into this bread is absolutely yummy!!
