Shop policies:

1) Placing an order is as easy as sending us an email. Once we hear from you, we will begin our ordering process.
2) We will respond via email to clarify your request and then send an invoice via Paypal to begin processing your order
Shipping:
Processing time 2-4 weeks
Payment options:
Once we receive your email request, we will send you an invoice through Paypal. All cards accepted through Paypal are accepted with us.
Returns & exchanges:
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
1) Contact me within 14 days of delivery for a return to receive a refund. For custom orders a Nic-Nac Corner certificate will be issued.
 
2) Ship items back within 30 days of delivery in order for us to refund your purchase. This is for pre-made items only.
 
3) Request a cancellation or exchange within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, no refund or transfer of funds will be made. 
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
